Robb Wolf author of “The Paleo Solution” has an interesting project on the go. He is looking for Paleo diet people to send in photographs of your families weekly groceries. He was inspired by the book called Hungry Planet: What the World Eats, which features photographs from families all around the world beside their week’s supplies of food. Also on the page is a list of the foods together with costs of the foods. Fascinating stuff worth looking at. You can find a selection of these photographs here.
So what does Robb Wolf want us to do?
Take photographs of all the items from your weekly food shopping, together with shots of your till receipts. Keeping your self and family in the frame.
Lists of the types of foods and the amounts of these foods you have bought.
take photographs of any meals you have prepared using the foods you have photographed.
You can submit up to 5 photographs into the project.
I’m certainly up for this challenge, although will take a week or so to get organized. I will just be taking a photograph of just me and my food for the week as my husband is not a paleo person.
I really hope Robb has plenty of paleo people that are keen to join in, can’t wait to see what others foods people are buying especially from all over the world. Together with pictures of the families.
You can find more details on this project on Robb Wolfs website.
