Epi-Paleo Fish Loaf Recipes – Revisited

2014-02-18 11.30.03A bit boring I know but here is another fish loaf recipe. This has some costings to give me an idea of the cost of each portion. This was from a shop made in Sainsburys. I though I could add the different variations as I try different recipes.

Fish Loaf made on the 21st August 2013

3.12kg white fish fillets £10.50

1 350g seafood selection mixture of mussels, squid and prawns £3.75

2 tins pilchards in brine £2.20

4 tins of sardines £2.20

0.9kg smoked mackerel £9.00

Total £27.65

Made 14 portions of 300 grams.

Making £1.95 per portion

I have not included the cost of the curry powder and garlic and ginger no more than 50p I should imagine.
